Job Description:

The IT Salesforce.com (SFDC) Service Program provides a third party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for company organizations. These capabilities are used for sales, customer service and marketing where IT can build and run innovative applications and websites in an external cloud platform in an agile manner.
