Product Manager
Location: Portland OR
Duration: 6-18 month

Job Description:
.Work on diverse projects primarily in the area of engineering information systems and related processes and tools including new product introduction, change management, configuration management, etc.
.Perform business administration activities such as user provisioning, access control management, data loading, preference management, etcetera in the Windchill PDMLink system and related tools.
.Lead architectural and solution design discussions to leverage Windchill and other tools to address business needs.
.Work closely with internal business partners to understand requirements, design solutions, and drive projects to implement those solutions
.Maintain, and enhance tools, databases, and interfaces that manage the flow of data between enterprise systems and improve the efficiency of administrative resources.
.Produce monthly metrics indicating the health of related systems and processes
.Develop project plans and help lead projects of various sizes and complexity, including software updates and upgrades for Windchill
.Work closely with global engineering leaders and software solution providers to ensure continuous performance improvements, high-uptime, and trouble-free operation of engineering related systems

Windchill Product Analytics / Costing Module - This needs to be the primary skill of the candidate.

Knowledge of ORACLE

Operating Systems
Must be a self-starter, highly self-motivated and be able to drive project completion with little direct supervision. Ability to learn and adapt to fast paced environment is critical
Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Candidate will work in a team environment to provide system administration support to client's mechanical design community. . This position includes full ownership of WPA/Cost, but will likely evolve to include Windchill BOM management which will include defining and driving corporate BOM standards. Evolution to MKS requirements management responsibilities is also a possibility.
This position will include instructing end users on WPA/Cost functionality and implementation in current processes, so being comfortable as the instructor in a classroom setting is important.
