Job Description:
Experienced
Architect in Call Center, Telecommunication, IP Telecommunication and
Application Reconfiguration.
Must have Experience in designing,
installing, and configuring complex Cisco UCCE solutions with Cisco Unified
Communications Manager (CallManager), and gateways. Experience in SIP, H.323
and MGCP voice protocol configuration. Experience in architecting and deploying
Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions. Ability to create and
manage complex ICM Scripts. Ability to perform complex troubleshooting to
isolate, diagnose, and correct (voice) network problems. Experience with voice
call routing in a VOIP environment. Ability to troubleshoot CVP routing and
scripting. Fundamental understanding of the use of CTI applications in call
center environments. Experience and understanding of “At-Home-Agent” concepts
and designs. Like to have Experience in designing, installing, and configuring
Exony reporting solutions. Experience in designing, installing, and configuring
Verint Work Force Management & Recording. Familiarity with Inova Digital
Signage products and or Experience in designing, installing, and configuring
Cisco Interaction Manager.
